Bless the things you have and be postive

DAY 1:

Small change: Be grateful what you have and be positive

Why: To combat low mood and depression

Proceed outcome: More happy with life and realized how blessed I am.

In Depth: In today we care allot about materialistic things and wanting things we can not afford or become jealous of other people. We always can point out all the negatives in our life’s. BUT find it hard to point out the positive.

This is bad for our mental health and effects our relationship with people. Theses negative thoughts and jealousy of things we may not have, can beat down our confidence.

This can take us to a dark place and demotivates us in doing positive things or even worst destroy are souls and the world around us.

I can write more on how not doing this can also effect the world in the general prospective, but I let you think about that  🙂

Result: It is and will be hard to combat theses daemons of negative thoughts and not  being grateful for things you have. Because it is part of being human. But even doing less of this in one day has made me more proactive, happy and calmer. If a negative though comes by way I think the good I have done so far and hope in the good that I will do in the future. I also bless the tings I have, good heath, life and the relationships I have.

I started with this change first because to be able to keep going and to be motivated you do have to be positive and move on with things and not dwell in the past or negative things in your life.
